Isaac's Spring Concert

Science Experiments

Maca sent the boys this science experiment kit and the boys had a lot of fun with it yesterday.

Baking soda and vinegar are always fun.

This experiment combined water, vinegar and baking soda and then adding raisins and watching the raisins bounce around.

Yard sale

Spencer set up a yard sale in the backyard. He doesn't seem to be
bothered that no one comes.

Full-ish Moon

Trying out the new zoom lens on the almost full moon.

School Happenings

Tonight we attended the Art & Science Fair at the boys' school. In the science area, Isaac had his Book About Me displayed, as well as his gorilla science report, and a few other things.

Samuel sitting next to/on his scarecrow.

Isaac had a collection displayed on the art side as well.

Samuel fell asleep tonight clutching his new stuffed animal. His friend from preschool, Ayush, had to leave the country asap when his parents found out last week that their work visa had not renewed. Samuel and Ayush were buddies at school, and they had to leave in such a hurry that we didn't get to say goodbye. Ayush left some toys that were too big to bring with him and Samuel's teacher wanted him to have something from Ayush. Samuel chose this big lion, Simba from The Lion King, and it is special to him. We are sad his little friend is gone.

I think he liked the bus best
