After the foot of snow we got Thurs night/Fri morning, we only had some flurries through the day yesterday. Today is sunny and clear(and cold!). People are getting around pretty well and we are looking forward to Parent's Night Out tonight! :-)

Again?!
Broomfield is part of a winter storm warning for tomorrow afternoon through Friday morning. 8-18 inches expected by Friday morning, and possibly even more coming Friday night into Saturday! We haven't even tried to move Jeremiah's little car yet from the last storm, that poor car may end up sitting in the driveway for a month!

That Sure Is A Big Rocket You Have There
Jeremiah and Isaac have still been working hard on rockets. Jeremiah is getting ready for his first launch in early January with Bullet, his baby. :-) Lots more info at his blog, Pure Geek Joy.

10 Years!
Jeremiah and I have been married 10 years today, hard to believe. I guess the years before we had Isaac seemed to go by slowly, but then we had a baby, and another, and another, and another, and time went into warp speed. The years that we want to slow down and cherish the most are the ones that are flying by.
Learning to be married has been the most challenging thing I have ever done. Being a mom has (so far) been intuituve for me(yeah, wait for the teenage years). When Isaac was born, I felt like I had come to the time in my life that I was on this earth for. Being married was anything but intuitive though. We muddled our way through the earlier years, not necessarily with grace, but we did it. And now, after all the ups and downs that come in the course of 10 years, Jeremiah is truly my other half, the part of me that was missing before. I cannot imagine spending my life with anyone but him. I had no idea when we got married that I would get to this place, and to know that in 10 years time I will say the same thing is mind-boggling. I look forward to the next 10 years, and all the ones after that too!
I Love You Jeremiah!

Christmas with Grandpa Aaron and Grandma Judy
Except that Grandpa and Grandma weren't here. The impending snow storm cut their trip short before we had a chance to open gifts with them. Since we were stuck indoors all day, we decided to open the gifts anyway.
Thanks for the great gifts!
Thanks for the great gifts!
Asher was so excited! Unfortunately, this gift isn't his. :-)
